Mary was introduced to yoga at a young age. She qualified as a Holistic Therapist in 1996 and first traveled to India in 2001 to study Ayurvedic massage and meditation. She lived in India for 7 years and explored many styles of yoga. In 2003 she went on a retreat to the Shivananda Yoga Ashram, there she decided she wanted to be a yoga teacher. After having three beautiful kids, she followed her dream by becoming a qualified Hatha yoga teacher and attaining RYT 200hrs status in 2014. Mary is also a qualified kids yoga teacher and has an additional 300hrs training with greenlotusyoga in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga level 1 and 2 with Josh Summers. Mary has been teaching in the local community for the last 9 years, she took over the Dundalk Yoga Collective studio in 2016 and is so grateful and honoured to be able to share her love and knowledge of Yoga with her local community in this beautiful light filled studio.
