At our home at Eagles Rock retreat, We welcome yoga teachers, mindfulness or meditation teachers or other Holistic practitioners, foodies, team building groups; it can all happen here. We welcome groups year round and pride ourselves on providing the best in hospitality. The yoga space is state of the art. The scenery from every window of our house is stunning. Peace and quiet abound.

- All yoga equipment is provided (mats, blankets, bolsters, bricks and blocks, yoga belts and a rope wall)

Only 50 minutes drive from Dublin and Belfast Airports. Train and bus services connect us to major cities. Free transfers available for guests and hosts from Dundalk to our venue.
